Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policies below carefully.


Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@naturalbless.ca , including your order number and clear photos of the issue.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom printed satin ribbons.

  • Personalized tags or souvenirs.

  • Any item made to order or tailored to customer specifications.


🔄 Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or error on our part:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.


📬 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours. If you're returning a product due to damage or a mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.


❗ Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, production may already be in progress.
